  as you've probably noticed, there isn't much going on here right now. my original idea was to recommend links, books, examples of good or bad design - the obvious, i suppose.
  
  i'll start with this:
  foreword.ospreydesign.com/. they seem to talk primarily about cover design, but interesting links come up every now and then.
  
  anyone else have recommendations?

    I don't know if it was the DESIGN exactly, I tend to get sucked in by awesome illustration, but I LOVED the cover on this book:

    ... the book wasn't bad either, but I never would have picked it up without that evil looking guy lurking on the bookshelf as I walked past.
